ONBOARDING
STEP 1: Service agreement, CC Authorization Form, & A2p brand & campaign registration
- You will be receiving an email via. Dropbox Sign to review & sign the Service Agreement, CC Authorization Form, & A2P Brand & Campaign Registration.
STEP 2: QUESTIONNAIRe
- Fill out the onboarding questionnaire to get started.
STEP 3: Google drive
- A Google Drive folder will be created to upload and store all media content that we collaborate on for our ongoing services. Share with us any high-quality images, graphics, videos that we may use for our marketing campaigns. Any format should be fine PNG, JPEG, MP4, or other formats..
STEP 4: Facebook access
- Business Page
A request from Moretti Media LLC will appear on your Facebook page if you go to “Manage” then “Page Access”. Approve us for “Admin” access.
STEP 5: GOOGLE access
- Google My Business
Go to your business profile – Click “Menu” – “Business profile settings” – “Managers”. At the top left click “Add 
STEP 6: TikTok acces6
- TikTok Account
Provide us the username and password to login to the TikTok account
STEP 7: launch
- Once the marketing campaigns are complete from our end, this will take about 5-7 days. We will schedule a Zoom meeting (or I’ll send you a Loom video) to go over the campaigns and make any revisions (if needed).
STEP 8: resources
- There are two training videos available on our website with more coming soon from front desk appointment setting to an overview of our crm.
